The hotel loacation is very good, few minutes by walk from every where in this lovely place. .The hotel's lobby is Charming , beautiful and very pleasent to sit in. .Our bedroom was lovely Spacious and big Enough to us-5 People The manager-Mickel and and Lucka was very nice and friendly and help us alot with all the information we needed.

Good place for traveling to Firenze, Lucca.. By train (10 min. - 15min walk to train station). Big rooms and fair breakfast. Friendly and supporting staff

Hotel gives a bit different impression than on website ;( Appart from that => rooms are spacious but not renovated => big bed was composed of 2 small beds, => some lamps were not working

This hotel is often used for group travel in transit makes it seem very quiet in the hotel. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is simple and always the same. The price quality ratio is good. The hotel has a restaurant in the mountains (Montecatini Alto) It is highly recommended, great views, great food. Ask at reception to book. We enjoyed 5 days Montecatini Terme. The staff is very friendly and helpful

The bar is not open in the evening, it is very quiet in the hotel. The breakfast should have more variation

Excellent price-quality. First of all Montecatini deserves a visit. It is a thermal resort which suffered from decline (the rich and famous preferred other more distant resorts) and is trying to regain its place. I hope that the authorities decided to establish a public thermal bath since currently it looks all as reserved for treatments only. Also Montecatini Alto is beautifull. On top of that it is an excellent base for visiting the area (Firenze, Lucca, Pisa, are within max 45 min range). The best place to stay in terms of price quality in Montecatini is: Hotel Cristallino. The hotel is a bit like the town: old grandeur which the new young owner is revitalising doing the necessary with the help of excellent staff. They are all very nice, helpful, etc. PS: visit also the hotel's restaurant uphill as well as Da Lorenzo in town.

The swimming pool was OK.........but the rest...........!!!!!!

Just wondering from where they got 4stars, 2 stars were too much. The air condition kept a kind of noise that I had to turn it off if I wanted to sleep. The breakfast wasn't at 4stars hotel level, yeah but also the hotel wasn't a 4stars level, even they claimed to be!!! I paid around 70euros per night, but I believe that in Montecatini you can get a bit better hotel at that price. I am not sure that I will be back, sorry guys!!!

Decor a little dated. One of the lifts was stuck for a few days.

In the main most staff were friendly. The pool was good for children. The room size was good.

The hotel badly needs modernizing,it has old carpets and furnishings. The bar was very poor, restaurant was only open at breakfast,no evening facilities at all, a long walk from town, the pool was not cleaned very often, however as the cost was not too expensive I guess you get what you pay for.
